Housing

A home is more than simply a shelter — it’s a foundation that allows you to focus on the future. If you don’t have a permanent place to call home, it’s difficult — if not impossible — to focus on any other aspect of your life.

At Catholic Charities, we believe everyone deserves a safe, affordable place to call home. If you’re about to be evicted or are already facing homelessness, our housing services include rental assistance, transitional housing placement and permanent housing solutions.

We work with landlords and community partners throughout Kansas City, Northwest Missouri and Warrensburg to find housing solutions for anyone — families, veterans, older adults or young adults — in need of a place to live.

Our dedicated, professional case managers work one-on-one to help you stabilize housing first, then set a plan to achieve long-term success.

Affordable Housing for Older Adults and People with Disabilities

Catholic Charities offers a variety of affordable living options for older adults and people with disabilities. Among our eight properties in Kansas City, Warrensburg and Cameron, you can choose downtown living, suburban neighborhoods or rural settings. Learn more.
