Case managers coordinate and oversee many aspects of the foster child's life to ensure the physical, educational and medical needs of the child are met. Catholic Charities' primary goal is to strengthen and reunite families. If, however, this is not possible, Catholic Charities works to find a loving relative or nurturing family to adopt the child.
