Foster Care Services

Catholic Charities provides Foster Care Case Management and Permanency Planning (reunification, adoption, guardianship) for children that have been removed from their home due to abuse or neglect by the parent or caregiver. Social workers, also known as case managers, coordinate many aspects of the foster child's life to ensure the healthy well-being of their physical, educational and medical needs.
