Tax Donation Benefits

Your contribution to Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph designated to the Services for Pregnant Women program may be eligible for the Pregnancy Resource Center Tax Credit (Section 135.630 RSMo).

Qualified donations to Catholic Charities' Services for Pregnant Women program are eligible for a 50% tax credit. Please click to download the application for claiming tax credits.

Please note:
• Donated personal property items (donations of baby clothes or supplies) are not eligible for the credit.
• Cannot exceed the taxpayer's state income tax liability for the year the credit is claimed.
• The taxpayer can not claim credits under this program in excess of $50,000 per taxable year.
• The maximum amount of eligible tax credit issued may be equivalent to 50% of the value of the qualifying donation.
