Senior Outreach Services

Catholic Charities developed Senior Outreach Services to provide systematic support to the parishes in the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph, in addition to the broader community. Together, we work to capture the creativity, commitment, energy and talent of senior adults and their caregivers.

Catholic Charities supports these services in providing an internet-based caregiver support system called Lasting Lifestyles. This innovative system complements the agency’s range of Senior Care Services which includes respite, in-home personal care, Seniors@Work employment program, and Senior Express, a volunteer transportation program for older adults.

Additional outreach services may include volunteer activities for lay leadership, education and training, and more.
