Assurance of Quality
Catholic Charities of Kansas City-St. Joseph is accredited through the Council on Accreditation as having complied with nationally recognized standards of best practice. Counseling Solutions staff is comprised of certified counseling professionals, licensed clinical social workers and/or licensed mental health professionals. Flexible payment plans are available including some private insurance companies and Medicaid.

Catholic Charities' Disability and Deaf Services
Catholic Charities reaches out to the Deaf and those with disabilities by providing this important, faith-filled ministry. The ministry also helps strengthen the community’s awareness, sensitivity, and respect for those living with extraordinary challenges through:
- a speakers bureau for parishes and community groups
- awareness programs and workshops
- resources and referral information
- availability and accessibility of sacraments
In addition, the ministry promotes Open Door liturgies and interpreted masses for the hearing impaired offered in parishes of the Diocese of Kansas City-St. Joseph.
